Arctic: Our Frozen Planet 3D
At the very top of the globe, lies a spectacular, frozen realm. But don’t be fooled by appearances…this place is not frozen in time. It’s a dynamic ecosystem and for thousands of years, its indigenous people and wildlife have found ways to survive and live in harmony with these extremes.

Can I take photos or videos inside?

What are the museum hours?
Open Monday–Saturday 10 AM–5 PM (Thursdays until 8 PM), and Sunday from noon–5 PM.
How do school group visits work?
School groups require 1 adult per 10 students (one teacher per class free); general admission + film + program pricing is available. Groups should arrive 15–20 minutes early and check in at Ticketing Counter.
Can I still join a movie late?
No—For safety reasons, visitors are not admitted once the screening has begun; no reserved seating is available.
Is food allowed inside?
No outside food or drink is allowed in exhibits or the science center. On-site concessions are available, but group snack packs should be pre‑ordered.
